Bill Windsor files Criminal Charges against Montana Judge, Prosecutor, Detective, and Pathological Liar Witness

Kangaroo-Court-itsaboutthemoney-blogspot-comBill Windsor has filed Criminal Charges against Montana Judge, Prosecutor, Detective, and Pathological Liar Witness.

I filed four motions/notices on January 11, 2016 and submitted criminal complaints:

The entire process of incarcerating me as a political prisoner and convicting me of sending an email and filming a movie has been one criminal act after another.

BILL WINDSOR IS ALIVE AND STILL FIGHTING CORRUPTION – DAY 25 AS A “WANTED” MAN

7:25 am Pacific Time — January 22, 2015

They haven’t caught me yet.

25 days on the run as the World’s Most Notorious Tweeter.

Kangaroo Court is way too nice a term for every court I have experienced in Montana.  Pure, blatant, undeniable corruption in each and every court.  It seems that my original hypothesis is correct: The University of Montana employs people to do stalking and cyberstalking for the government, and in my case, that included attempted murder.  What we really need is for someone who works in a court or used to work in a court or at the University of Montana who knows what’s going on to spill the beans.

missoula-county-attorney-kirsten-pabst-480w

I have given the Missoula Montana County Attorney, Kirsten Pabst, until the close of business on Monday to dismiss all charges. If that isn’t done, then I will cease to hold back on publishing the name of the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE who attempted to murder me.

Our tech consultant is resolving some issues.  LawlessAmerica.com should be reactivated offshore soon.  I spent time last night and into the wee hours of the morning putting my Facebook articles onto www.LawlessAmerica.org.  More to do.

For those who don’t know, the short story is this: Bill Windsor set out to film a movie exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption. He traveled to every state (except Alaska), and he filmed over 750 stories of corruption and has thousands more who wanted to be filmed. Evil people, some working for various government entities, set out to destroy Bill Windsor and the movie, Lawless America. Bill Windsor has been defamed online in the largest case of defamation in U.S. history. His life has been threatened many times. A UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE attempted to murder him. He was put into the Ellis County Texas Jail illegally for 53 days as a political prisoner. The State of Montana has filed five criminal charges against William M. Windsor for sending a Tweet, publishing the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE‘s name (the would-be killer) four times, sending a legal notice email to a University of Montana attorney, and filming the movie and the pilot for a TV show that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in the country. Now Bill Windsor is wanted for these dastardly crimes, and he is hiding out in exotic places like Tahiti and Bora Bora. All of that was true except the last four words. And in a recent development, “law enforcement” had LawlessAmerica.com removed from the Internet. This website contains over 1,400 articles exposing corruption. Bill Windsor is now working with a friendly offshore hosting company to return the website to the Internet outside the clutches of American evildoers.

I will continue to publish a short article every morning and every night so you will know I am still as “free” as one can be in Lawless America. That’s where we live.

New York state assembly speaker arrested on corruption charges

Sheldon Silver

NEW YORK (Reuters) – New York Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, one of the state’s most powerful Democrats for more than two decades, was arrested on Thursday after a lengthy federal corruption investigation, the FBI said.

Silver, 70, a lawyer whose tenure as speaker since 1994 has outlasted governors, mayors and many other politicians, has been under investigation by federal prosecutors in Manhattan and the FBI. Silver has served in the Assembly since 1977.

According to published reports, the charges stemmed from payments he received from a small law firm specializing in seeking reductions of New York City real estate taxes.

Silver, a political power broker who represents Manhattan’s Lower East Side, is known as one of Albany’s “Three Men in a Room,” along with the governor and Senate majority leader, who negotiate the state budget and key legislation.

The arrest of Silver will likely spark political upheaval in Albany, the state capital, less than two weeks after the new legislative session opened.

The New York Times, cited an unnamed source, has reported that the payments in question were substantial and made over several years, and that Silver failed to list them on his annual financial disclosure filings with the state as required.

Several months ago federal prosecutors subpoenaed documents from a personal injury firm that also made undisclosed payments to Silver, the Times reported, citing a person with knowledge of that matter.

The newspaper said Silver’s lawyer, Joel Cohen, declined to comment on Wednesday night. Reuters was not immediately able to reach Silver’s legal representatives.

Silver has long been criticized for his continued employment in one of the state’s larger private law practices, which critics say posed a conflict with legislation that would be of interest to the firm, such as medical malpractice or tort reform.

The charges pending against Silver would mark the latest case of alleged wrongdoing by state lawmakers in Albany, where at least 30 politicians have faced legal or ethics problems since 2000.

Governor Andrew Cuomo, a Democrat sworn into his second term earlier this month, created an independent anti-corruption commission in 2013 but shut it down this year, prompting federal prosecutors in New York to probe the panel’s unfinished cases and sparking the investigation of Silver.

Bill Windsor is Still Alive and Fighting Corruption — End of Day 19

BILL WINDSOR IS ALIVE AND STILL FIGHTING CORRUPTION – END OF DAY 19

6:52 pm Mountain Time on January 16, 2015.

The big news of the day is that “law enforcement” took down lawlessamerica.com and all of my sites at that hosting company (bluehost).  I am looking for a hosting company that handles controversial sites.  My techie guy is downloading everything and is waiting for me to tell him where to put them.

If Facebook cancels me again, go to www.lawlessamerica.org. If that disappears, try BillWindsor.com (need to set it up again). If none of that works, take a nap and consider moving to another country.

I received a number of gifts today, so that was very good.  I got a lot of work done on my Motion to Quash, and it is ready.

I’m headed for a new state.

I will continue to post a morning and evening message so folks who care will know if I am still alive and “free.”

I have only met one or two honest government officials.  If Judge Karen Townsend doesn’t grant my Motion to Quash, it looks like I will spend the rest of my life “wanted” in Montana.

LawlessAmerica.com has been taken down by Law Enforcement

hacked

LAWLESSAMERICA.COM HAS BEEN “HACKED”

I just received word that law enforcement took down www.lawlessamerica.com.

I am trying to find out who that is. No response from “Legal.”

In the meantime, I’ve reached my techie in Dallas who fixed the site and moved it after it was hacked with a million viruses in 2013. Backup and move is underway.

Quick Note from Bill Windsor — WANTED POSTER — January 4, 2015

windsor-wanted-poster

QUICK NOTE FROM BILL WINDSOR.

Thanks SO MUCH to Mary Rogan for sending information to media galore about the efforts to lock me away to stop Lawless America…The Movie.

Perhaps our best hope for the movie (and me) is for mainstream media to report this story.

Here are some interesting stats:  The population of Ellis County Texas is 149,610.  According to crime statistics published at www.recordspedia.com, “between 1999 and 2008 there were 35,407 total crimes reported in Ellis County Texas (2,795 of them violent).  Of the 3,541 crimes that happen every year in Ellis County Texas, nearly one-half occur less than one mile from home.  On average, someone is a victim of a crime in Ellis County Texas every 2 hours.  This includes 32 murders, 256 rapes, and almost twenty-five thousand thefts (including 2,282 auto thefts).  Over the preceding 10 years, reported crime in Ellis County Texas had grown by 76%.  During that same interval, violent crime grew by 82%.  On the whole, the crime figures reflect a dramatic growth in crime over the last 10 years in Ellis County Texas.  If the current trend continued, predicted crime numbers could hit almost six thousand for Ellis County Texas in 2009.”

With murderers, rapists, thefts of all types, many drug busts, and multiple violent crimes every month, a check of the Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson’s Facebook Page reveals just one Wanted Poster.  It is for William M. Windsor for the alleged violation of a protective order in Montana for filming a documentary movie and mailing legal mail to Montana.  Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson is a corrupt elected official who has a vendetta against Bill Windsor because Bill Windsor whipped him in court and is working to expose Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson and others like him.

BILL WINDSOR IS ALIVE AND WELL AT 2:02 PM MOUNTAIN TIME ON JANUARY 1, 2015 – DAY 4 OF THE MONTANA RUN

Hi folks. Vey quick update.

Someone tried to hack my email accounts. Can you spell J-O-E-Y? or W-I-L-S-O-N?

I have a new burner phone.  If you need or just badly want to talk with me, call 770-578-1094, and leave a message.

Would someone like to draft a Montana Motion to Quash a Bench Warrant for me in a Word file?  I think that has to be Phase 1. Y ou can read why it is improper on www.LawlessAmerica.com

We have some media interest!  Fingers crossed.  We really need someone to jump all over sending information and making calls to media.  I will write a basic story, but the lead in is Senior Citizen may be destined for Life in Prison for Filming a Movie.  Or, what do you guys think is the most attention-getting news release title?

On the road.  Smoking soon.

Bill aka Montana

Is this where Bill Windsor is headed?

road-to-nowhere

IS THIS WHERE BILL WINDSOR IS HEADED?

The road to nowhere?  The road to the Montana State Prison?  The road to the Academy Awards for Best Documentary for Lawless America?  The road to ???

In 2012, Bill Windsor set out to drive to all 50 state capitals to film one victim of government, judicial, or law enforcement corruption in each state.  6,000 people showed up wanting to be filmed.  William M. Windsor’s planned 120-day trip took 241 days.  He managed to film over 750 people.  He shot 1,500 hours of high definition movie film.

Bill Windsor developed many haters, and a group of people has defamed him online in an unprecedented manner – 320 articles, 49,000 published comments accusing Bill Windsor of every crime and horrible thing you can imagine, dozens of videos, over 50 hate websites about him, an online radio show to defame him, all manner of cyberstalking, and more.  Bill Windsor has received many threats, including death threats.

One of the most vicious is a UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE.  Bill Windsor drove to Missoula to film an expose about him and why law enforcement and the courts protect him.  As Bill Windsor drove from Butte to Missoula, a car about 100-feet ahead of him in the right hand lane on the Interstate burst into flame and smoke.  When William M. Windsor reached his hotel in Missoula Montana, he received an email from the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE saying that he missed – could Bill Windsor believe how that car exploded.  The police and the courts did nothing.  Bill Windsor sought protective orders against the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE with massive evidence of his cyberstalking, and Bill Windsor was denied in a manner that indicated the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE was being deliberately protected.

William M. Windsor registered with the Montana Film Commission, the City of Missoula, and the University of Montana.  Bill Windsor had permission to film anywhere on public property.  All he did in Montana was work on the film.  On the last day of filming, Bill Windsor was in the center of the University of Montana campus when two law enforcement officers came up and served William M. Windsor with a Temporary Order of Protection in favor of the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE.  Bill Windsor filmed it; he thought it would be the perfect conclusion for a one-hour TV show about corruption in Montana.  Bill Windsor was charged with stalking for filming his movie.  There was never a hearing to convert the Temporary Order of Protection to a permanent order.  The Order says it expired in mid-September 2013.

Bill Windsor sued the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE and the small army of cyberstalkers in Ellis County Texas court.  Bill Windsor is the sole plaintiff.  As Bill Windsor left the courtroom after a routine hearing on October 28, 2014, a group of Ellis County Sheriff’s Deputies took him to the Ellis County Texas Jail.  Bill Windsor had never been in jail in his 66 years.  Bill Windsor was not arrested – just detained for extradition to Montana on three felonies and two misdemeanors.  The “arrest,” incarceration, denial of bond, and denial of release was all totally illegal.  Bill Windsor provided a $100,000 bond from an Ellis County Texas bail bond company, and it was rejected.  Bill Windsor then arranged a $100,000 Montana bond, and it was rejected.  William M. Windsor fought like crazy to get the laws enforced and get released, but all types of wrongdoing by Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll, Ellis County Texas Sheriff Johnny Brown, Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson and their employees kept him in jail for 53 days until he finally managed to get before a judge and prove all the violations.

Bill Windsor was released on a personal recognizance bond on December 19, 2014.  He will likely have to turn himself in by January 20, 2015 in Missoula, Montana.

Bill Windsor doesn’t know what he is charged with.  All he has been told is “violation of a protective order.”  It may be that Montana is claiming that Bill Windsor’s website violates the non-existent protective order, or that mailing copies of legal documents required under the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure violates the non-existent protective order.  But what Bill Windsor is really charged with is the filming of a documentary that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in America.

Bill Windsor’s website is www.LawlessAmerica.com.

His Facebook page is www.Facebook.com/billwindsor1. His YouTube Channel is www.youtube.com/lawlessamerica

Bill Windsor very well may be destined to die in a Montana prison. He is looking for someone who might be interested in taking his film and completing the project. He doesn’t care about money; he just wants the pandemic of judicial corruption exposed.

Bill Windsor did not Violate Anything and has not Committed Any Crimes

California-Los-Angeles-Group-lobby-william-2012-09-28-cropped-tight-edited-640w

BILL WINDSOR DID NOT VIOLATE ANYTHING AND HAS NOT COMMITTED ANY CRIMES
I just skimmed what was written while I was incarcerated.  I was quite disappointed to see that the person who I gave my login and password wrote that I had violated a protective order.  First, there is no protective order.  Second, mailing legal mail that you are required by law to mail does not violate a protective order.  Third, Montana has a special law that enables anyone who is covered by a protective order to avoid receiving legal mail directly by having that type mail go through the Secretary of State, and the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE did not use that service.  Fourth, Montana orders of protection are only valid in Montana, so even if there was an order of protection, anything done in Texas does not apply.  Fifth, Texas has a law that enables people with protective orders elsewhere to get them recognized by Texas.  The UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE tried and failed.

I named Montana the most corrupt state in America.  The law enforcement and courts there protect this professional cyberstalker known as UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE.  I may well die in a prison in Montana, but I will be there as an innocent person victmized by the pandemic of corruption in government, the judiciary, and law enforcement.
For now, we wait to see if the Texas Tenth Court of Appeals in Waco declares what happened to me as illegal.  Then we wait to see if the State of Montana ever sends extradition paperwork to the Governor of Texas.  Then we’ll see if the Governor of Texas just rubberstamps it, or will there be an investigation.  If the Governor of Texas signs a Governor’s Warrant, I can be picked up by any law enforcement people anywhere, and Montana will have 60 days to come pick me up.  The odds are that I will be headed back to jail and to jail in Montana.  I will have an outrageous $100,000 bond in Montana.
I still need a Montana attorney.  The one I chose while in jail has not responded to me.  I may be too hot for locals.  What I really need is a big-time civil rights, freedom of speech, etc. type attorney.  I wish I could get someone from the film business; the film industry should have an interest in a documentary filmmnaker being charged with stalking for filming his movie on public property with authorization from the Montana Film Commission, the City of Missoula, and the University of Montana. Happy Holidays everyone.

Casey P. Hargrove and Hargrove Real Estate Company of Red Oak Texas are heads of Notorious Joeyisalittlekid Gang

Ellis-County-Casey-P-Hargrove-200w

CASEY P. HARGROVE AND THE HARGROVE REAL ESTATE COMPANY OF RED OAK, TEXAS ARE THE HEADS OF JOEYISALITTLEKID.

Casey P. Hargrove tried to hide in the back of the courtrooms for several of Bill Windsor’s hearings in Ellis County Texas.  Now how dumb was that.  Did the Joeys actually think that Bill Windsor wouldn’t survey the audience and make efforts to capture license plate numbers off cars of the Joey criminals who attended those hearings?

Bill Windsor looks forward to revealing the name of the Midlothian, Texas attorney who is one of the head Joeys.  A real scumbag.

Since Ellis County is so corrupt, Bill Windsor is now going to sue Casey P. Hargrove, Clyde Hargrove, Shonda Hargrove, and an assortment of other Joeys in his home state of South Dakota.  Corrupt Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll never acted on any of the 40 or so requests to name the additional Joeys who were identified, so Texans Betsi Bixby, Melanie White, the Hargroves, and others may now look forward to coming to South Dakota … along with Renee Harrington of Indiana, Stacy Emerson of Washington, Kimberly Wigglesworth of Massachusetts, and others.

When Bill Windsor first saw this photo of Casey P. Hargrove, he made an oaf comment.  Well, the photo does not do him justice.  Much more oafy.
