Bill Windsor is Alive and Still Fighting Corruption – End of Day 25 as a “Wanted” Man

Number-25-favorsandflowers-com BILL WINDSOR IS ALIVE AND STILL FIGHTING CORRUPTION – END OF DAY 25 AS A “WANTED” MAN

5:20 pm Pacific Time — January 22, 2015

They haven’t caught me yet.

25 days on the run as the World’s Most Notorious Tweeter.

I haven’t accomplished much today.  I’m hoping for a more productive evening. I was thinking late this afternoon that spending 53 days in the Ellis County Texas Jail was not on my Bucket List.  Nor was spending the rest of my life in the Montana State Prison.

Unfortunately, most folks could give a shi* about Montana, so my story may not reach many folks.  That’s sad.

I am not far from Hollywood.  I am thinking about heading there and going door-to-door trying to get someone’s attention.  We need a champion against corruption, and I think that has to be a big star.

Gee, I wonder why ALL of my emails to the Missoula County Attorney’s Office were returned undeliverable.  Looks like they blocked my email address.  Don’t they know I have hundreds and hidemyass.com?

Our tech consultant is resolving some issues.  LawlessAmerica.com should be reactivated offshore soon.  I spent time last night and into the wee hours of the morning putting my Facebook articles onto www.LawlessAmerica.org.  More to do.

For those who don’t know, the short story is this: Bill Windsor set out to film a movie exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption. He traveled to every state (except Alaska), and he filmed over 750 stories of corruption and has thousands more who wanted to be filmed. Evil people, some working for various government entities, set out to destroy Bill Windsor and the movie, Lawless America. Bill Windsor has been defamed online in the largest case of defamation in U.S. history. His life has been threatened many times. A UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE attempted to murder him. He was put into the Ellis County Texas Jail illegally for 53 days as a political prisoner. The State of Montana has filed five criminal charges against William M. Windsor for sending a Tweet, publishing the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE‘s name (the would-be killer) four times, sending a legal notice email to a University of Montana attorney, and filming the movie and the pilot for a TV show that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in the country. Now Bill Windsor is wanted for these dastardly crimes, and he is hiding out in exotic places like Tahiti and Bora Bora. All of that was true except the last four words. And in a recent development, “law enforcement” had LawlessAmerica.com removed from the Internet. This website contains over 1,400 articles exposing corruption.

Bill Windsor is now working with a friendly offshore hosting company to return the website to the Internet outside the clutches of American evildoers. I will continue to publish a short article every morning and every night so you will know I am still as “free” as one can be in Lawless America. That’s where we live.

Free Montana (Bill Windsor)

FREE MONTANA (BILL WINDSOR)

Bill Windsor’s nickname in the Ellis County Jail where he was held illegally for 53 days was “Montana,” because inmates heard he was being extradited to Montana.

Well, we need to FREE MONTANA! T-Shirts are coming.

Bill Windsor has said that he didn’t know if there were many honest judges anywhere in America.  Some thought that was over the top, too strong a statement.  Well, here I am several years later, and the number of corrupt judges I have encountered compared to the number of perhaps honest ones is running about 100-to-1.  I have never met an honest sheriff or chief of police, never met an honest prosecuting attorney.

America IS broken, and most of you reading this know that.

There is so much to do to try to expose all of this that I really don’t need to be in a Montana prison for the rest of my life.

If you want to join a private chat group about this, email freebillwindsor@gmail.com.  The moderator is Snoozan, a former Joey.  I disagree with a lot that she writes, but she has been very helpful a lot of the time over the last year.

Snoozan will direct you to a forum that she is setting up where you can discuss possible ways to help.  You must register and have a password to see what is being said in this forum.

freebillwindsor@gmail.com is held by Susan Harbison (Snoozan).  If you contact her, she will try to get you to sign off on affidavits, which will then be sent to Montana and Texas District Attorneys, judges, etc..

You can help by participating in an email campaign to get the ACLU, the EFF, Volokh and other like-minded persons of power to challenge the validity of what is being done in Montana.  Snoozan says she will do all the writing; she just needs people who are not afraid to sign their names to these documents.

Also note: A dear, trusted Lawless America film friend will be administering www.facebook.com/billwindsor1.  I will post when I can.  When the administrator posts, there will be a notice that it is not me.

Happy New Year everyone!

Bill aka Montana

Is this where Bill Windsor is headed?

road-to-nowhere

IS THIS WHERE BILL WINDSOR IS HEADED?

The road to nowhere?  The road to the Montana State Prison?  The road to the Academy Awards for Best Documentary for Lawless America?  The road to ???

In 2012, Bill Windsor set out to drive to all 50 state capitals to film one victim of government, judicial, or law enforcement corruption in each state.  6,000 people showed up wanting to be filmed.  William M. Windsor’s planned 120-day trip took 241 days.  He managed to film over 750 people.  He shot 1,500 hours of high definition movie film.

Bill Windsor developed many haters, and a group of people has defamed him online in an unprecedented manner – 320 articles, 49,000 published comments accusing Bill Windsor of every crime and horrible thing you can imagine, dozens of videos, over 50 hate websites about him, an online radio show to defame him, all manner of cyberstalking, and more.  Bill Windsor has received many threats, including death threats.

One of the most vicious is a UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE.  Bill Windsor drove to Missoula to film an expose about him and why law enforcement and the courts protect him.  As Bill Windsor drove from Butte to Missoula, a car about 100-feet ahead of him in the right hand lane on the Interstate burst into flame and smoke.  When William M. Windsor reached his hotel in Missoula Montana, he received an email from the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE saying that he missed – could Bill Windsor believe how that car exploded.  The police and the courts did nothing.  Bill Windsor sought protective orders against the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE with massive evidence of his cyberstalking, and Bill Windsor was denied in a manner that indicated the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE was being deliberately protected.

William M. Windsor registered with the Montana Film Commission, the City of Missoula, and the University of Montana.  Bill Windsor had permission to film anywhere on public property.  All he did in Montana was work on the film.  On the last day of filming, Bill Windsor was in the center of the University of Montana campus when two law enforcement officers came up and served William M. Windsor with a Temporary Order of Protection in favor of the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE.  Bill Windsor filmed it; he thought it would be the perfect conclusion for a one-hour TV show about corruption in Montana.  Bill Windsor was charged with stalking for filming his movie.  There was never a hearing to convert the Temporary Order of Protection to a permanent order.  The Order says it expired in mid-September 2013.

Bill Windsor sued the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE and the small army of cyberstalkers in Ellis County Texas court.  Bill Windsor is the sole plaintiff.  As Bill Windsor left the courtroom after a routine hearing on October 28, 2014, a group of Ellis County Sheriff’s Deputies took him to the Ellis County Texas Jail.  Bill Windsor had never been in jail in his 66 years.  Bill Windsor was not arrested – just detained for extradition to Montana on three felonies and two misdemeanors.  The “arrest,” incarceration, denial of bond, and denial of release was all totally illegal.  Bill Windsor provided a $100,000 bond from an Ellis County Texas bail bond company, and it was rejected.  Bill Windsor then arranged a $100,000 Montana bond, and it was rejected.  William M. Windsor fought like crazy to get the laws enforced and get released, but all types of wrongdoing by Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll, Ellis County Texas Sheriff Johnny Brown, Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson and their employees kept him in jail for 53 days until he finally managed to get before a judge and prove all the violations.

Bill Windsor was released on a personal recognizance bond on December 19, 2014.  He will likely have to turn himself in by January 20, 2015 in Missoula, Montana.

Bill Windsor doesn’t know what he is charged with.  All he has been told is “violation of a protective order.”  It may be that Montana is claiming that Bill Windsor’s website violates the non-existent protective order, or that mailing copies of legal documents required under the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure violates the non-existent protective order.  But what Bill Windsor is really charged with is the filming of a documentary that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in America.

Bill Windsor’s website is www.LawlessAmerica.com.

His Facebook page is www.Facebook.com/billwindsor1. His YouTube Channel is www.youtube.com/lawlessamerica

Bill Windsor very well may be destined to die in a Montana prison. He is looking for someone who might be interested in taking his film and completing the project. He doesn’t care about money; he just wants the pandemic of judicial corruption exposed.

Bill Windsor did not Violate Anything and has not Committed Any Crimes

California-Los-Angeles-Group-lobby-william-2012-09-28-cropped-tight-edited-640w

BILL WINDSOR DID NOT VIOLATE ANYTHING AND HAS NOT COMMITTED ANY CRIMES
I just skimmed what was written while I was incarcerated.  I was quite disappointed to see that the person who I gave my login and password wrote that I had violated a protective order.  First, there is no protective order.  Second, mailing legal mail that you are required by law to mail does not violate a protective order.  Third, Montana has a special law that enables anyone who is covered by a protective order to avoid receiving legal mail directly by having that type mail go through the Secretary of State, and the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE did not use that service.  Fourth, Montana orders of protection are only valid in Montana, so even if there was an order of protection, anything done in Texas does not apply.  Fifth, Texas has a law that enables people with protective orders elsewhere to get them recognized by Texas.  The UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE tried and failed.

I named Montana the most corrupt state in America.  The law enforcement and courts there protect this professional cyberstalker known as UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE.  I may well die in a prison in Montana, but I will be there as an innocent person victmized by the pandemic of corruption in government, the judiciary, and law enforcement.
For now, we wait to see if the Texas Tenth Court of Appeals in Waco declares what happened to me as illegal.  Then we wait to see if the State of Montana ever sends extradition paperwork to the Governor of Texas.  Then we’ll see if the Governor of Texas just rubberstamps it, or will there be an investigation.  If the Governor of Texas signs a Governor’s Warrant, I can be picked up by any law enforcement people anywhere, and Montana will have 60 days to come pick me up.  The odds are that I will be headed back to jail and to jail in Montana.  I will have an outrageous $100,000 bond in Montana.
I still need a Montana attorney.  The one I chose while in jail has not responded to me.  I may be too hot for locals.  What I really need is a big-time civil rights, freedom of speech, etc. type attorney.  I wish I could get someone from the film business; the film industry should have an interest in a documentary filmmnaker being charged with stalking for filming his movie on public property with authorization from the Montana Film Commission, the City of Missoula, and the University of Montana. Happy Holidays everyone.

Bill Windsor News Flash — December 23, 2014

BILL WINDSOR NEWS FLASH — DECEMBER 23, 2014

I spoke with the Texas Tenth Court of Appeals in Waco Texas today.  The Clerk was preparing my Emergency Motion for Discharge for review by one of the justices.  It sounds like it might get reviewed before Christmas and certainly very soon.

This is great news, because what happens at the Texas Tenth Court of Appeals will give me direction.  If my motion is granted, the public recognizance bond gets canceled, and I will have nothing restricting me for now.  I will never have to return to corrupt Ellis County Texas.  It will take me longer to get to Waco and Austin as I will have to drive way out of the way to avoid Ellis County, but you can be sure that’s what I’ll do.

I’ve been scanning this afternoon, so I will have my Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus posted with the law and the evidence later tonight or tomorrow.  It shows how badly they violated the law.  I plan to send my brief on extradition to every bail bond company in Texas and every county sheriff’s department in Texas.  I want the bail bond companies to know the law so they can argue if a jail says they can’t bond someone on extradition, and I want every sheriff on notice that if they continue to violate people’s rights on extradition, I plan to pull all the victims together in a huge class action lawsuit.

The laws on extradition are identical in most states, so what I write about extradition applies just about anywhere.

Act Swift Bail Bonds told me that she received a phone call warning her that I may be seeking a bond.  It sounds like the Ellis County Texas Sheriff’s Office or Ellis County Texas District Attorney’s Office called the bail bond companies to discourage them from bonding me.  Corrupt a$$e$ that they are.  Well, I didn’t have to post the $100,000 bond that I arranged on October 28 and 29; I got out for $0.00.

This and all of my photos and videos are copyright 2014, Friends of William M. Windsor.  This photo may not be used in any manner without written permission.

Bill Windsor Update — December 26, 2014

william-windsor-ellis-county-release-480w

BILL WINDSOR UPDATE — DECEMBER 26, 2014

This is a photo of me the day I was released from the Ellis County Texas Jail.  The photo is a selfie, and it does not do justice to how long my beard was after 53 days.

Jennie Morton has me blocked on Facebook.  I can’t see anything on her anymore, including previous Facebook private messages.  I understand her new boyfriend is Chad Clemente of Athens, Texas.  I can see his page, and I sent him a Facebook message.  Jennie’s disappearance as my employee is very shocking as we worked together for many months, and I thought we were best of friends.  I have to wonder if the Joeys paid her off.  I hope so because that would really help with RICO against the Joeys.

I need someone who has the ability to check outstanding Texas warrants to check each day and advise me if anything shows up with my name on it.

I was surprised to learn today that the Texas Governor’s Office is closed until January 29, 2015.  The inauguration of Greg Abbott is January 20, 2015.  My hearing before Judge Cindy Ermatinger is January 21, 2015.  It may be that no consideration will be given to Governor’s Warrants until after the new Governor takes office.

Still no word from the Texas Tenth Court of Appeals.

There is so much that I have not yet written about that happened while I was in the Ellis County Jail.  I filed a Motion to Recuse Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll based upon a void of impartiality.  He recused himself.

Some old judge who handled the case of Windsor v. Joeyisalittlekid for approximately 15 hours awarded $320,000 to Sean D. Fleming as his legal expense and a $250,000 sanction to try to stop me from suing criminals in the future.  Talk about an outrage for so many reasons!  If the judge was Evelyn Wood herself, he couldn’t have begun to read the case file from 6 pm on Thursday to 9 am on Friday.  I don’t believe the judge had jurisdiction because I filed a Motion to Remove the case to federal court in South Dakota just a few minutes before the surprise hearing that I was summoned to.  Federal law says the Ellis County court lost jurisdiction, and defendants must file motions to remand to try to get it back to Ellis County.

I’m organizing all the postal violations evidence, have sent freedom of information requests to a variety of Ellis County entities, have the complete donations reports coming for Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll, Ellis County Texas Sheriff Johnny Brown, and Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson, and much more.  I can prove that each of these corrupt officials had been sent proof of my illegal “arrest,” incarceration, denial of bond, and denial of discharge.  In addition to letters or emails to each of them, I also submitted approximately a dozen Grievances to the Ellis County Sheriff’s Department/Jail, and perhaps as many as 100 Inmate Request Forms.  I demanded my release in writing repeatedly, often twice a day so I could hit new people on the 12-hour shifts at the jail.  So, I have quite a paper trail.

I have big plans for this evening. I made a promise to my fellow prisoners, and tonight I will do what they asked.  My lips are sealed.
