Rumor has it that Bill Windsor is facing 7 years in prison for threatening someone’s life and that he is an escaped convict.

Bill Windsor has never threatened anyone’s life, and he isn’t an escaped convict.  he isn’t wanted for any crimes.  He has never committed a crime.

But scum of the earth like the University of Montana Employee, Sean D. Fleming, Kellie McDougald, Renee Harrington, Barbara Gray, Sid Wallingford Gray, John L. Welsh II, Casey P. Hargrove,  Patrick Wilson, Winston Frost, Michon Hughes, Darrah Haworth, and their ilk will say and do anything.

Bill Windsor’s Furniture and Lawless America’s Furniture has been STOLEN.

Barbara-Gray-Windsor-Storage-UnitBill Windsor’s Furniture and Lawless America’s Furniture has been STOLEN.

WHO STOLE BILL WINDSOR’S FURNITURE?

IMAGINE THE SURPRISE WHEN BILL WINDSOR’S STORAGE UNIT WAS OPENED TO REVEAL WIDE OPEN SPACE WHERE FURNITURE USED TO BE…

The following was written by William M. Windsor, Bill Windsor:

Barbara Gray WindsorMy furniture has been stolen.  It wasn’t a break-in.

Only one person other than me had a key to the lock used on the storage unit.

That person is my ex-wife, Barbara Gray _____.

Based upon email communications with my ex-wife’s attorney, it seems to indicate that Barbara Gray _____ has stolen my furniture, among other things.

I received an email from John L. Welsh II, Attorney At-Law, 211 South Culver Street, PO Box 986, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, (678) 682-3871.  In it, he says “Ms. Barbara G. Windsor a/k/a/ Barbara Jane Gray”…had no legal obligation to provide storage for your personal property for a single day, let alone 3 years.  Ms. Windsor is not responsible for anything you may have lost.”

Dishonest bully John L. Welsh, II of Lawrenceville, Georgia was finally responding to one voice mail, a letter dated April 23, 2016, and a fax dated May 4.  My May 4, 2016 letter very politely gave Mr. John L. Welsh, II the opportunity to explain that the furniture was in one of the other two units at the storage facility.  When he responded as he did, it was clear to me that his client was responsible for the missing stuff.  If she didn’t take it, a simple response explaining where it was is all that was needed.  Instead, I got threats.

Barbara Gray _____ asked for certain items to be left in our former home until  it sold so that it would show better.  I have plenty of emails to document this.  The terms of that agreement were that, once the home sold, she would put the stuff in a storage unit for me at a facility where I had two units that I had been paying for since approximately 2001.  I have received and have paid the storage fees monthly on a third unit (A005) since approximately July 2014 when our former home sold and she moved to Smyrna, Georgia.  She sent one key to me and retained one key.

My letter is as follows:

May 4, 2016

Mr. John L. Welsh, II, Attorney-at-Law, 211 S. Culver St., PO Box 986, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, Telephone: (678) 682-3871  Fax: (770) 682-3180

RE: Barbara Windsor v. William M. Windsor – Case # 13104492 – 28 and New Case

Dear Mr. Welsh:

I have two other legal issues.

First, I drove three days to Atlanta to get my furniture and files out of storage.  When the storage facility cut the lock off Unit A005, I was shocked to find that all of my furniture is gone.  Nothing but boxes.  Please advise me by email at once if the furniture might have been put in another storage unit by mistake.

I will call the police and report this as theft by Barbara Windsor unless I hear that this is some sort of error on her part.  If the furniture is in another unit, I need the number and the key.  I cannot afford to hang around Atlanta in a hotel waiting to get my stuff.

I have been advised that my ex-wife is continuing to use the name “Windsor.”  The Divorce Decree provides very clearly that she was to change her name.  She has apparently used my name to obtain some of my assets.  I demand that she cease at once, and I will seek an injunction accordingly.

I have not heard from you regarding my plans to reopen the divorce case due to fraud and my plans to file a new legal action against your client.  Therefore, I will file and serve you.

Sincerely,

William M. Windsor

I will be filing criminal charges.  I am also filing a civil action.  I cannot wait to take the deposition of my ex-wife, Barbara Gray _____, a real liar.

I know others have found that their exes turned out to be scum.   Barbara Gray _____ certainly is.

Barbara Gray _____  blocked any contact by me with the two amazing girls who used to be my granddaughters.  I have not been allowed to communicate with them in any manner since April 2013.  Cards and gifts were returned.

jail-cellBarbara Gray _____ refused to accept my frantic phone calls when I was unlawfully incarcerated in the Ellis County Texas Jail.  I only had her number and my former son’s number memorized.  They were the only people I could call.  Dozens of calls, and they never responded.

Then Barbara Gray _____ stopped payment on a large check to me, and Barbara Gray _____ ceased paying money that was owed.

Barbara and Ryan Windsor at the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta, Georgia.

Now it appears that Barbara Gray _____ has stolen my furniture as well as furniture in my possession that does not belong to her.

Because Barbara Gray _____ divorced me out of fear for the people who threatened my life and cyberstalked me, I felt the honorable thing to do was to sign over both of our homes to her — homes valued at about $2 million.  Because being near me was causing her to fear for her life, I agreed to move far away to insulate her.   I let her keep virtually all of the valuable furniture and household items as I felt her lifestyle should be disrupted as little as possible.   I did much more.  How in the world did I waste so many years with a lowlife like this?  At least one of her family members is a member of the Joeyisalittlekid Gang, a real slimeball, Sid Wallingford Gray.

I hope her granddaughters are “proud” of her.

Fortunately, we had a complete off-site backup of the website, so we were able to find a hosting company that is far away from the USA that is friendly to activists and others telling the truth about things like government corruption, judicial corruption, and law enforcement corruption.

Senior Citizen Wanted by Missoula County Montana on Felony Charges for Tweeting

windsor-wanted-poster

66-year-old William M. Windsor could die in the Montana State Prison for Tweeting, emailing, and other horrendous crimes.

The senior citizen has been charged so far with two misdemeanors and three felonies.  The charges are that he sent a Tweet containing the name of a University of Montana employee, published two legal documents online containing the name of the employee, sent an email to the general counsel at the University of Montana, and did not give the employee Windsor’s TV show website that exposes the corruption involving the University of Montana, this employee, law enforcement, and the courts.

This is believed to be the first felony charge ever brought against a Twitter user for Tweeting.

These ridiculous charges all have to do with Constitutionally-protected rights — freedom of speech and freedom of the press and are supposed to be protected by the First Amendment.  Law enforcement and the courts in Montana are simply using these outrageous charges in an effort to stop William M. Windsor’s exposure of the corruption in Montana, stop his documentary film – Lawless America, and stop the pilot for a proposed TV series that Bill Windsor filmed about this Montana defendant.

Bill Windsor set out to film a movie exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption.  He traveled to every state (Alaska still to go), and he filmed over 750 stories of corruption and has thousands more who wanted to be filmed.  Evil people, some working for various government entities, set out to destroy Bill Windsor and the movie, Lawless America.

Bill Windsor has been defamed online in the largest case of defamation in U.S. history.  His life has been threatened many times.  A University of Montana employee attempted to murder him.

Windsor was put into the Ellis County Texas Jail illegally for 53 days as a political prisoner.  He was finally released, but he is now wanted. Literally.  Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson has actually published a Wanted Poster for Bill Windsor on his Ellis County District Attorney Facebook Page.  It should say “WANTED: TWEETER.”

In a related development, “law enforcement” had Windsor’s LawlessAmerica.com website removed from the Internet.  This website contains over 1,400 articles exposing corruption.  Bill Windsor is now working with a friendly offshore hosting company to return the website to the Internet outside the clutches of American evildoers.

Is this where Bill Windsor is headed?

road-to-nowhere

IS THIS WHERE BILL WINDSOR IS HEADED?

The road to nowhere?  The road to the Montana State Prison?  The road to the Academy Awards for Best Documentary for Lawless America?  The road to ???

In 2012, Bill Windsor set out to drive to all 50 state capitals to film one victim of government, judicial, or law enforcement corruption in each state.  6,000 people showed up wanting to be filmed.  William M. Windsor’s planned 120-day trip took 241 days.  He managed to film over 750 people.  He shot 1,500 hours of high definition movie film.

Bill Windsor developed many haters, and a group of people has defamed him online in an unprecedented manner – 320 articles, 49,000 published comments accusing Bill Windsor of every crime and horrible thing you can imagine, dozens of videos, over 50 hate websites about him, an online radio show to defame him, all manner of cyberstalking, and more.  Bill Windsor has received many threats, including death threats.

One of the most vicious is a UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE.  Bill Windsor drove to Missoula to film an expose about him and why law enforcement and the courts protect him.  As Bill Windsor drove from Butte to Missoula, a car about 100-feet ahead of him in the right hand lane on the Interstate burst into flame and smoke.  When William M. Windsor reached his hotel in Missoula Montana, he received an email from the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE saying that he missed – could Bill Windsor believe how that car exploded.  The police and the courts did nothing.  Bill Windsor sought protective orders against the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE with massive evidence of his cyberstalking, and Bill Windsor was denied in a manner that indicated the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE was being deliberately protected.

William M. Windsor registered with the Montana Film Commission, the City of Missoula, and the University of Montana.  Bill Windsor had permission to film anywhere on public property.  All he did in Montana was work on the film.  On the last day of filming, Bill Windsor was in the center of the University of Montana campus when two law enforcement officers came up and served William M. Windsor with a Temporary Order of Protection in favor of the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE.  Bill Windsor filmed it; he thought it would be the perfect conclusion for a one-hour TV show about corruption in Montana.  Bill Windsor was charged with stalking for filming his movie.  There was never a hearing to convert the Temporary Order of Protection to a permanent order.  The Order says it expired in mid-September 2013.

Bill Windsor sued the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE and the small army of cyberstalkers in Ellis County Texas court.  Bill Windsor is the sole plaintiff.  As Bill Windsor left the courtroom after a routine hearing on October 28, 2014, a group of Ellis County Sheriff’s Deputies took him to the Ellis County Texas Jail.  Bill Windsor had never been in jail in his 66 years.  Bill Windsor was not arrested – just detained for extradition to Montana on three felonies and two misdemeanors.  The “arrest,” incarceration, denial of bond, and denial of release was all totally illegal.  Bill Windsor provided a $100,000 bond from an Ellis County Texas bail bond company, and it was rejected.  Bill Windsor then arranged a $100,000 Montana bond, and it was rejected.  William M. Windsor fought like crazy to get the laws enforced and get released, but all types of wrongdoing by Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll, Ellis County Texas Sheriff Johnny Brown, Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson and their employees kept him in jail for 53 days until he finally managed to get before a judge and prove all the violations.

Bill Windsor was released on a personal recognizance bond on December 19, 2014.  He will likely have to turn himself in by January 20, 2015 in Missoula, Montana.

Bill Windsor doesn’t know what he is charged with.  All he has been told is “violation of a protective order.”  It may be that Montana is claiming that Bill Windsor’s website violates the non-existent protective order, or that mailing copies of legal documents required under the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure violates the non-existent protective order.  But what Bill Windsor is really charged with is the filming of a documentary that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in America.

Bill Windsor’s website is www.LawlessAmerica.com.

His Facebook page is www.Facebook.com/billwindsor1. His YouTube Channel is www.youtube.com/lawlessamerica

Bill Windsor very well may be destined to die in a Montana prison. He is looking for someone who might be interested in taking his film and completing the project. He doesn’t care about money; he just wants the pandemic of judicial corruption exposed.

One Really Long Day getting Men Out of the Ellis County Texas Jail

ellis-county-jail-Nick-and-Harry-Potter-200w ellis-county-jail-Michael-and-Robert-cropped-200w

ONE REALLY LONG DAY GETTING MEN OUT OF THE ELLIS COUNTY JAIL.

It’s just past midnight.  I began working at 4 am to get 10 men out of the Ellis County Texas Jail.  We’ve managed to get six out so far.  It took until 9 pm tonight, and then it took me three hours to drop each of them at a place to sleep for the night.

Michael Finch aka Harry Potter, and Nick Parker are shown here along with Michael McGowan and Robert Jack.

The guys didn’t know who bonded them out; they all said they thought it was a prank.  Lots of smiles!  It was a GREAT day!

FYI: Michael McGowan aka “Mr. Grits” was my first close jail friend.  We were in O Tank together for 30 days until they moved everyone elsewhere.  Mike is handicapped, but you’d never know it from his work ethic and attitude.  Mike was always anxious to eat anything that I or anyone else didn’t like.  I probably gave him 20 servings of grits or watery oatmeal.

Nick Parker is 20-year-old, 6’6″ boy.  Like Mike, he was always looking out for me.  I bet he camne up to me 100 times in the month we were together in P Tank to ask if I was okay.  He would see me sitting in my bunk or at a picnic table without a smile.  Nick was a real favorite of many of the guys.  He was my ballpoint pen supplier.  I must have emptied two dozen of these ballpoint pen refills, and Nick fashioned a casing out of an envelope to help me write better and with less pain.  Nick loves his daughters!  He was in jail because he and his oldest daughter were taking a nap, and she got up and went outside while he was sleeping.  He was arrested for endangering a child.

Michael Finch was arrested for running from the police.  No charge as to any crime; he wasn’t wanted for anything; he just didn’t want to be stopped by the police apparently.  He was a cellie (prison term for someone who shares the other bed in your bunk) in O Tank.

Robert Jack was a recent addition to P Tank.  He was in the bunk right next to me.  He was charged with stealing a shell of a car (no motor, etc.) that someone gave to him.  Robert is a very nice man and quite the ladies man, it seems.

Happy Holidays — Will You Join Bill Windsor in a Random Act of Kindness?

HAPPY HOLIDAYS — WILL YOU JOIN BILL WINDSOR IN A RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS?

Best wishes to you and yours this holiday season. If you have a few dollars to spare to help some nice men enjoy freedom this Christmas, please join me.  I am working with Act Swift Bail Bonds aka Act Quick Bail Bonds — Victoria — 214-400-7575.  Please call Victoria and see if she will take a credit card payment for the William M. Windsor Get 10 Men Out of Jail for Christmas Fund.  If not, mail a check to William M. Windsor, 110 east center Street #1213, Madison, South Dakota 57042.  I will use the funds only to bond these men out.  If I can’t pull it off or get more money than needed, I will return yoiur check.

The men I am trying to bond out are all very nice men who treated me with utmost respect and kindness in jail and really went out of their way to help me.  None of them know I am doing this.  The plan is to get them all out at once, and I will be there with two vans to load them up and take them home.

The men are listed in the Part 2 article about my illegal incarceration as a political prisoner on www.LawlessAmerica.com.  They are Zachary Glen Anderson, Michael Finch, Robert Jack, Zackery Jones, Michael McGowan, Nicholas Parker, and Matthew Rauen.

Thank you for considering this Random Act of Kindness.

Ramming Speed — An Expression that Bill Windsor has used over the years when he gets Motivated for Action

ramming-speed

“RAMMING SPEED” — AN EXPRESSION THAT I HAVE USED OVER THE YEARS WHEN I GET MOTIVATED TO TAKE ACTION.

It’s Ramming Speed time!  Now let me be clear that I have never and would never actually ram into someone with a boat, car, or anything.  Ramming Speed refers to a mindset, a commitment to act.  In my case, it is Ramming Speed time against all the corrupt authorities out there who break the law and use their power to damage others, people like Sheriff Johnny Brown of Ellis County Texas, District Attorney Patrick Wilson of Ellis County Texas, Judge Bob Carroll of Ellis County Texas, and others.  Not just corrupt people against me, but against all of us.

In many ways, it is time to go back near Square 1.  Stay tuned for my thoughts.  It’s not for the faint of heart.  Fighting corruption could destroy your life as it has mine, so be forewarned.  The corrupt folks out there don’t play by any rules but their own.

Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll is a Corrupt Judge

  ellis-judge-bob-carroll-banner-award-320w

THIS IS JUDGE BOB CARROLL OF THE 40TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN ELLIS COUNTY TEXAS.  JUDGE BOB CARROLL IS A CORRUPT JUDGE.

Wait until you read about Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll!  I filed a motion to have him recused as the judge in the Joeyisalittle kid case based upon a whole host of biased actions, including the fact that I was informed that his wife, Kathy, was one of the Joeys (and the informant says he has IP address evidence to prove it).

Ellis County Texas seems to me to be the perfect horrible example of small town corruption and how the little power brokers in a little county wreak havoc on the lives of folks who have the misfortune to cross their paths.

Sadly, many of you have experienced this.  I couldn’t help but think of Tyler & Peeps, two young men who were so terribly victimized in a small New York town by just such little people who wielded such power in their little part of America.

Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll and the Ellis County Legal Mafia will be exposed.  Whether there is anoyone honest who will do anything about it is another story….
