Lawless America Blog Posts

Bill Windsor Has Been Quiet

I’m Bill Windsor of Lawless America, and I have not been active with Lawless America for the last two years.  As important and as gratifying as my work with Lawless America has been, it ripped my life apart.

I have had mixed emotions about continuing to work to expose dishonesty and corruption.  I want to do so, but it hasn’t been practical.  Now divorced and without a family, I’ve needed to establish a new life.  Then I was hit by an 18-wheeler at 70-miles-per-hour, and I’ve spent the last year seeing doctors, having surgery, and undergoing physical therapy.

When physically able, I have been writing. I have written two screenplays, and I have been working as a writer for agencies that provide articles and website content for a wide variety of companies.  I have written about perfume, fire safety, auto parts, baby swings, headphones, money-saving tips for elderly, what to do if you are in an auto accident, and much more.

I have also spent some time writing for my own websites with sales tips and techniques, information about historical places in the United States, sightseeing in America, photos and stories about the world’s largest things in the USA, and the best and worst in the U.S.

I continue to receive emails and messages from people every day seeking help with the corruption they have experienced.  I can help very few.  I hope to obtain a grant so I can hire people to field these inquiries and provide help.

I will be putting articles online to provide my experience and knowledge about how to represent yourself in court.

I have been working with an agent for the last year, and I do still have hope that Lawless America…The Movie will reach theaters.

Rumor has it that Bill Windsor is facing seven years in prison for threatening someone’s life and that he is an escaped convict.

Bill Windsor has never threatened anyone’s life, and he isn’t an escaped convict.  He isn’t wanted for any crimes.  He has never committed a crime.

But scum of the earth like the University of Montana Employee Sean Boushie, Sean D. Fleming, Kellie McDougald, Renee Harrington, Sid Wallingford Gray, John L. Welsh II, Casey P. Hargrove,  Patrick Wilson, Winston Frost, Michon Hughes, Darrah Haworth, and their ilk may say and do anything.

LawlessAmerica.com has been restored following removal by “Law Enforcement.”

Fortunately, we had a complete off-site backup of the website, so we were able to find a hosting company that is far away from the USA that is friendly to activists and others telling the truth about things like government corruption, judicial corruption, and law enforcement corruption.

Other sites that were removed when the main site was removed will now be restored as well.

Bill Windsor is Alive and Still Fighting Corruption – Day 26 as a “Wanted” Man

BILL WINDSOR IS ALIVE AND STILL FIGHTING CORRUPTION – DAY 26 AS A “WANTED” MAN

5:47 am Pacific Time — January 23, 2015

They haven’t caught me yet.

26 days on the run as the World’s Most Notorious Tweeter.

I set up a number of websites last night.  Some of these were “lost” for one reason or another in recent years.  Some are new.

Very disappointing news from Texas Tenth Court of Appeals.  They have declined to give me emergency relief and appear to be “confused” about the relief that I am seeking.  I hate to say it, but unless they couldn’t read my printing from the Ellis County Jail, there shouldn’t be any confusion.  An attorney friend says it appears the Texas Tenth Court of Appeals will not follow the law in my case.  That’s disappointing, if it is accurate.  I keep hoping to find some honest judges somewhere.  I will file a Motion for Reconsideration, and should it be denied, I will appeal to the Texas Supreme Court.

For those who don’t know, the short story is this: Bill Windsor set out to film a movie exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption. He traveled to every state (except Alaska), and he filmed over 750 stories of corruption and has thousands more who wanted to be filmed. Evil people, some working for various government entities, set out to destroy Bill Windsor and the movie, Lawless America. Bill Windsor has been defamed online in the largest case of defamation in U.S. history. His life has been threatened many times. A UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE attempted to murder him. He was put into the Ellis County Texas Jail illegally for 53 days as a political prisoner. The State of Montana has filed five criminal charges against William M. Windsor for sending a Tweet, publishing the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE‘s name (the would-be killer) four times, sending a legal notice email to a University of Montana attorney, and filming the movie and the pilot for a TV show that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in the country. Now Bill Windsor is wanted for these dastardly crimes, and he is hiding out in exotic places like Tahiti and Bora Bora. All of that was true except the last four words. And in a recent development, “law enforcement” had LawlessAmerica.com removed from the Internet. This website contains over 1,400 articles exposing corruption. Bill Windsor is now working with a friendly offshore hosting company to return the website to the Internet outside the clutches of American evildoers.

I will continue to publish a short article every morning and every night so you will know I am still as “free” as one can be in Lawless America. That’s where we live.

Bill Windsor has been found by Law Enforcement in Ellis County Texas

 SANTAHAT

BILL WINDSOR HAS BEEN FOUND! BILL WINDSOR HAS BEEN FOUND!

At 10:55 pm on January 22, 2015, a special force commissioned by President Obama has located William M. Windsor.

Bill Windsor is wanted on felony charges for Tweeting, Emailing, and Printing four-letter and seven-letter proper names.

royal-canadian-mounted-police

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police have Bill Windsor cornered at a Motel 6 in Ellis County Texas. The lights are reported to have been left on which aided in the crack law enforcement work.

According to reports from the lowly-regarded Joeyisalittlekid Gang, Bill Windsor has been hiding in Ellis County Texas right under the noses of the Ellis County Mafia.

We understand that Bill Windsor is said to be armed and dangerous. He has his laptop logged in to Twitter with his finger poised above the <ENTER> key, and he has a keychain-sized container of pepper spray purchased from Amazon.com.

50-calibre-machine-gun

Law enforcement personnel have been told to shoot first and ask questions and think later.

Just another typical day on the job for Ellis County law enforcement.

Steven Blaney, head of The Royal Canadian Mounted Police had this to say: “ey, we are proud and just a little bit humble to be of service. Tracking this fugitive was not easy, but we put 26,000 of our best men and women on it, and when one of our officers went to get a soda out of the machine down the hall from his room at Motel 6, he spotted a man who looked a lot like Santa Claus. So, it’s either Old Saint Nick himself or perhaps this Serial Emailer and Tweeter, Billy Windsor.”

Queen Elizabeth, the big boss, was unavailable for comment. She was in an emergency session with Parliament over what assistance the UK would provide in this worldwide manhunt.

This article is a joke, seriously.

5:20 pm Pacific Time — January 22, 2015

They haven’t caught me yet.

25 days on the run as the World’s Most Notorious Tweeter.

I haven’t accomplished much today.  I’m hoping for a more productive evening. I was thinking late this afternoon that spending 53 days in the Ellis County Texas Jail was not on my Bucket List.  Nor was spending the rest of my life in the Montana State Prison.

Unfortunately, most folks could give a shi* about Montana, so my story may not reach many folks.  That’s sad.

I am not far from Hollywood.  I am thinking about heading there and going door-to-door trying to get someone’s attention.  We need a champion against corruption, and I think that has to be a big star.

Gee, I wonder why ALL of my emails to the Missoula County Attorney’s Office were returned undeliverable.  Looks like they blocked my email address.  Don’t they know I have hundreds and hidemyass.com?

Our tech consultant is resolving some issues.  LawlessAmerica.com should be reactivated offshore soon.  I spent time last night and into the wee hours of the morning putting my Facebook articles onto www.LawlessAmerica.org.  More to do.

Kangaroo Court is way too nice a term for every court I have experienced in Montana.  Pure, blatant, undeniable corruption in each and every court.  It seems that my original hypothesis is correct: The University of Montana employs people to do stalking and cyberstalking for the government, and in my case, that included attempted murder.  What we really need is for someone who works in a court or used to work in a court or at the University of Montana who knows what’s going on to spill the beans.

missoula-county-attorney-kirsten-pabst-480w

I have given the Missoula Montana County Attorney, Kirsten Pabst, until the close of business on Monday to dismiss all charges. If that isn’t done, then I will cease to hold back on publishing the name of the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE who attempted to murder me.

New York state assembly speaker arrested on corruption charges

Sheldon Silver

NEW YORK (Reuters) – New York Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, one of the state’s most powerful Democrats for more than two decades, was arrested on Thursday after a lengthy federal corruption investigation, the FBI said.

Silver, 70, a lawyer whose tenure as speaker since 1994 has outlasted governors, mayors and many other politicians, has been under investigation by federal prosecutors in Manhattan and the FBI. Silver has served in the Assembly since 1977.

According to published reports, the charges stemmed from payments he received from a small law firm specializing in seeking reductions of New York City real estate taxes.

Silver, a political power broker who represents Manhattan’s Lower East Side, is known as one of Albany’s “Three Men in a Room,” along with the governor and Senate majority leader, who negotiate the state budget and key legislation.

The arrest of Silver will likely spark political upheaval in Albany, the state capital, less than two weeks after the new legislative session opened.

The New York Times, cited an unnamed source, has reported that the payments in question were substantial and made over several years, and that Silver failed to list them on his annual financial disclosure filings with the state as required.

Several months ago federal prosecutors subpoenaed documents from a personal injury firm that also made undisclosed payments to Silver, the Times reported, citing a person with knowledge of that matter.

The newspaper said Silver’s lawyer, Joel Cohen, declined to comment on Wednesday night. Reuters was not immediately able to reach Silver’s legal representatives.

Silver has long been criticized for his continued employment in one of the state’s larger private law practices, which critics say posed a conflict with legislation that would be of interest to the firm, such as medical malpractice or tort reform.

The charges pending against Silver would mark the latest case of alleged wrongdoing by state lawmakers in Albany, where at least 30 politicians have faced legal or ethics problems since 2000.

Governor Andrew Cuomo, a Democrat sworn into his second term earlier this month, created an independent anti-corruption commission in 2013 but shut it down this year, prompting federal prosecutors in New York to probe the panel’s unfinished cases and sparking the investigation of Silver.

Senior Citizen Wanted by Missoula County Montana on Felony Charges for Tweeting

windsor-wanted-poster

66-year-old William M. Windsor could die in the Montana State Prison for Tweeting, emailing, and other horrendous crimes.

The senior citizen has been charged so far with two misdemeanors and three felonies.  The charges are that he sent a Tweet containing the name of a University of Montana employee, published two legal documents online containing the name of the employee, sent an email to the general counsel at the University of Montana, and did not give the employee Windsor’s TV show website that exposes the corruption involving the University of Montana, this employee, law enforcement, and the courts.

This is believed to be the first felony charge ever brought against a Twitter user for Tweeting.

These ridiculous charges all have to do with Constitutionally-protected rights — freedom of speech and freedom of the press and are supposed to be protected by the First Amendment.  Law enforcement and the courts in Montana are simply using these outrageous charges in an effort to stop William M. Windsor’s exposure of the corruption in Montana, stop his documentary film – Lawless America, and stop the pilot for a proposed TV series that Bill Windsor filmed about this Montana defendant.

Bill Windsor set out to film a movie exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption.  He traveled to every state (Alaska still to go), and he filmed over 750 stories of corruption and has thousands more who wanted to be filmed.  Evil people, some working for various government entities, set out to destroy Bill Windsor and the movie, Lawless America.

Bill Windsor has been defamed online in the largest case of defamation in U.S. history.  His life has been threatened many times.  A University of Montana employee attempted to murder him.

Windsor was put into the Ellis County Texas Jail illegally for 53 days as a political prisoner.  He was finally released, but he is now wanted. Literally.  Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson has actually published a Wanted Poster for Bill Windsor on his Ellis County District Attorney Facebook Page.  It should say “WANTED: TWEETER.”

In a related development, “law enforcement” had Windsor’s LawlessAmerica.com website removed from the Internet.  This website contains over 1,400 articles exposing corruption.  Bill Windsor is now working with a friendly offshore hosting company to return the website to the Internet outside the clutches of American evildoers.
