BILL WINDSOR DID NOT VIOLATE ANYTHING AND HAS NOT COMMITTED ANY CRIMES
I just skimmed what was written while I was incarcerated.  I was quite disappointed to see that the person who I gave my login and password wrote that I had violated a protective order.  First, there is no protective order.  Second, mailing legal mail that you are required by law to mail does not violate a protective order.  Third, Montana has a special law that enables anyone who is covered by a protective order to avoid receiving legal mail directly by having that type mail go through the Secretary of State, and the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE did not use that service.  Fourth, Montana orders of protection are only valid in Montana, so even if there was an order of protection, anything done in Texas does not apply.  Fifth, Texas has a law that enables people with protective orders elsewhere to get them recognized by Texas.  The UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE tried and failed.

I named Montana the most corrupt state in America.  The law enforcement and courts there protect this professional cyberstalker known as UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE.  I may well die in a prison in Montana, but I will be there as an innocent person victmized by the pandemic of corruption in government, the judiciary, and law enforcement.
For now, we wait to see if the Texas Tenth Court of Appeals in Waco declares what happened to me as illegal.  Then we wait to see if the State of Montana ever sends extradition paperwork to the Governor of Texas.  Then we’ll see if the Governor of Texas just rubberstamps it, or will there be an investigation.  If the Governor of Texas signs a Governor’s Warrant, I can be picked up by any law enforcement people anywhere, and Montana will have 60 days to come pick me up.  The odds are that I will be headed back to jail and to jail in Montana.  I will have an outrageous $100,000 bond in Montana.
I still need a Montana attorney.  The one I chose while in jail has not responded to me.  I may be too hot for locals.  What I really need is a big-time civil rights, freedom of speech, etc. type attorney.  I wish I could get someone from the film business; the film industry should have an interest in a documentary filmmnaker being charged with stalking for filming his movie on public property with authorization from the Montana Film Commission, the City of Missoula, and the University of Montana. Happy Holidays everyone.

Bill Windsor News Flash — December 23, 2014

BILL WINDSOR NEWS FLASH — DECEMBER 23, 2014

I spoke with the Texas Tenth Court of Appeals in Waco Texas today.  The Clerk was preparing my Emergency Motion for Discharge for review by one of the justices.  It sounds like it might get reviewed before Christmas and certainly very soon.

This is great news, because what happens at the Texas Tenth Court of Appeals will give me direction.  If my motion is granted, the public recognizance bond gets canceled, and I will have nothing restricting me for now.  I will never have to return to corrupt Ellis County Texas.  It will take me longer to get to Waco and Austin as I will have to drive way out of the way to avoid Ellis County, but you can be sure that’s what I’ll do.

I’ve been scanning this afternoon, so I will have my Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus posted with the law and the evidence later tonight or tomorrow.  It shows how badly they violated the law.  I plan to send my brief on extradition to every bail bond company in Texas and every county sheriff’s department in Texas.  I want the bail bond companies to know the law so they can argue if a jail says they can’t bond someone on extradition, and I want every sheriff on notice that if they continue to violate people’s rights on extradition, I plan to pull all the victims together in a huge class action lawsuit.

The laws on extradition are identical in most states, so what I write about extradition applies just about anywhere.

Act Swift Bail Bonds told me that she received a phone call warning her that I may be seeking a bond.  It sounds like the Ellis County Texas Sheriff’s Office or Ellis County Texas District Attorney’s Office called the bail bond companies to discourage them from bonding me.  Corrupt a$$e$ that they are.  Well, I didn’t have to post the $100,000 bond that I arranged on October 28 and 29; I got out for $0.00.

This and all of my photos and videos are copyright 2014, Friends of William M. Windsor.  This photo may not be used in any manner without written permission.

One Really Long Day getting Men Out of the Ellis County Texas Jail

ellis-county-jail-Nick-and-Harry-Potter-200w ellis-county-jail-Michael-and-Robert-cropped-200w

ONE REALLY LONG DAY GETTING MEN OUT OF THE ELLIS COUNTY JAIL.

It’s just past midnight.  I began working at 4 am to get 10 men out of the Ellis County Texas Jail.  We’ve managed to get six out so far.  It took until 9 pm tonight, and then it took me three hours to drop each of them at a place to sleep for the night.

Michael Finch aka Harry Potter, and Nick Parker are shown here along with Michael McGowan and Robert Jack.

The guys didn’t know who bonded them out; they all said they thought it was a prank.  Lots of smiles!  It was a GREAT day!

FYI: Michael McGowan aka “Mr. Grits” was my first close jail friend.  We were in O Tank together for 30 days until they moved everyone elsewhere.  Mike is handicapped, but you’d never know it from his work ethic and attitude.  Mike was always anxious to eat anything that I or anyone else didn’t like.  I probably gave him 20 servings of grits or watery oatmeal.

Nick Parker is 20-year-old, 6’6″ boy.  Like Mike, he was always looking out for me.  I bet he camne up to me 100 times in the month we were together in P Tank to ask if I was okay.  He would see me sitting in my bunk or at a picnic table without a smile.  Nick was a real favorite of many of the guys.  He was my ballpoint pen supplier.  I must have emptied two dozen of these ballpoint pen refills, and Nick fashioned a casing out of an envelope to help me write better and with less pain.  Nick loves his daughters!  He was in jail because he and his oldest daughter were taking a nap, and she got up and went outside while he was sleeping.  He was arrested for endangering a child.

Michael Finch was arrested for running from the police.  No charge as to any crime; he wasn’t wanted for anything; he just didn’t want to be stopped by the police apparently.  He was a cellie (prison term for someone who shares the other bed in your bunk) in O Tank.

Robert Jack was a recent addition to P Tank.  He was in the bunk right next to me.  He was charged with stealing a shell of a car (no motor, etc.) that someone gave to him.  Robert is a very nice man and quite the ladies man, it seems.

Casey P. Hargrove and Hargrove Real Estate Company of Red Oak Texas are heads of Notorious Joeyisalittlekid Gang

Ellis-County-Casey-P-Hargrove-200w

CASEY P. HARGROVE AND THE HARGROVE REAL ESTATE COMPANY OF RED OAK, TEXAS ARE THE HEADS OF JOEYISALITTLEKID.

Casey P. Hargrove tried to hide in the back of the courtrooms for several of Bill Windsor’s hearings in Ellis County Texas.  Now how dumb was that.  Did the Joeys actually think that Bill Windsor wouldn’t survey the audience and make efforts to capture license plate numbers off cars of the Joey criminals who attended those hearings?

Bill Windsor looks forward to revealing the name of the Midlothian, Texas attorney who is one of the head Joeys.  A real scumbag.

Since Ellis County is so corrupt, Bill Windsor is now going to sue Casey P. Hargrove, Clyde Hargrove, Shonda Hargrove, and an assortment of other Joeys in his home state of South Dakota.  Corrupt Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll never acted on any of the 40 or so requests to name the additional Joeys who were identified, so Texans Betsi Bixby, Melanie White, the Hargroves, and others may now look forward to coming to South Dakota … along with Renee Harrington of Indiana, Stacy Emerson of Washington, Kimberly Wigglesworth of Massachusetts, and others.

When Bill Windsor first saw this photo of Casey P. Hargrove, he made an oaf comment.  Well, the photo does not do him justice.  Much more oafy.

Ellis County Texas Sheriff’s Department Out to Get Bill Windsor

ellis-county-sheriffs-office-cars-600w

ELLIS COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT OUT TO GET BILL WINDSOR…

Why were dozens of Ellis County Sheriff’s Department deputies and employees out to get Bill Windsor?

Ellis County Texas Sheriff Johnny Brown, Ellis County Texas Assistant Sheriff Dennis Brearley, Captain Terry Ogden, Lieutenant Margee Goggans, Lieutenant Loper, Officer Jerri Smith, a host of Ellis County Jail Booking Staff officers, and assorted as-yet-unidentified people?

I met and dealt with a lot of very nice employees at the jail. I was treated by them with utmost respect. But the power brokers were corrupt from the word GO, and the employees ignored the law in deference to their job security.

I am firmly committed to exposing the Ellis County Sheriff’s Department.  I consider it to be a criminal racketeering organization.  I have special interest in investigating every case of someone “detained” as I was on a claim of pending extradition to another state.  If they violated the law in all of those cases as they did with me, I would love to get all the victims together in a big class action lawsuit.

I will be writing an article of advice to anyone and everyone on what you should consider doing to take precautionary steps in the event that you might someday be arrested or detained by law enforcement.  This was quite the eye-opening experience for me.  I will also be writing an article that will explain extradition law.  The law is the same in almost every state.  So if you ever learn of anyone being detained on alleged extradition to another state, go straight to this article that I will post on http://www.lawlessamerica.com/, and send it to the person being detained and his/her supporters.

Meet Ellis County Texas Sheriff’s Department Assistant Sheriff Dennis Brearley

ellis-county-assistant-chief-dennis-brearley

MEET ELLIS COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT SHERIFF DENNIS BREARLEY.

Assistant Chief Dennis Brearley provided personal information about Bill Windsor to the attorney for one of the Joeys.  Bill Windsor’s laptop computer and flash drive that were in his personal property when he was detained by the Ellis County Sheriff’s Department as he left the courtroom of Judge Bob Carroll following a hearing in Windsor v. Joeyisalittlekid were taken from his personal property for three days and release to Bill Windsor’s appointed agent was denied.

Was Bill Windsor’s computer downloaded?  Was Bill Windsor’s personal and legal information provided to the attorney for a Joey as well?  Were Bill Windsor’s boxer shorts given to a Joey?  Sure looks like it to Bill Windsor.

Was Assistant Chief Dennis Brearley the one responsible for denying Bill Windsor any and all access to a law library?  Was he responsible for all of Bill Windsor’s legal mail being opened and read?  Assistant Chief Dennis Brearley is certainly one of the individuals who Bill Windsor will sue in federal court, and he will be reporting him and the many others who Bill Windsor believes committed criminal acts against him over the last 53 days.

Ramming Speed — An Expression that Bill Windsor has used over the years when he gets Motivated for Action

ramming-speed

“RAMMING SPEED” — AN EXPRESSION THAT I HAVE USED OVER THE YEARS WHEN I GET MOTIVATED TO TAKE ACTION.

It’s Ramming Speed time!  Now let me be clear that I have never and would never actually ram into someone with a boat, car, or anything.  Ramming Speed refers to a mindset, a commitment to act.  In my case, it is Ramming Speed time against all the corrupt authorities out there who break the law and use their power to damage others, people like Sheriff Johnny Brown of Ellis County Texas, District Attorney Patrick Wilson of Ellis County Texas, Judge Bob Carroll of Ellis County Texas, and others.  Not just corrupt people against me, but against all of us.

In many ways, it is time to go back near Square 1.  Stay tuned for my thoughts.  It’s not for the faint of heart.  Fighting corruption could destroy your life as it has mine, so be forewarned.  The corrupt folks out there don’t play by any rules but their own.

Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll is a Corrupt Judge

  ellis-judge-bob-carroll-banner-award-320w

THIS IS JUDGE BOB CARROLL OF THE 40TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN ELLIS COUNTY TEXAS.  JUDGE BOB CARROLL IS A CORRUPT JUDGE.

Wait until you read about Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll!  I filed a motion to have him recused as the judge in the Joeyisalittle kid case based upon a whole host of biased actions, including the fact that I was informed that his wife, Kathy, was one of the Joeys (and the informant says he has IP address evidence to prove it).

Ellis County Texas seems to me to be the perfect horrible example of small town corruption and how the little power brokers in a little county wreak havoc on the lives of folks who have the misfortune to cross their paths.

Sadly, many of you have experienced this.  I couldn’t help but think of Tyler & Peeps, two young men who were so terribly victimized in a small New York town by just such little people who wielded such power in their little part of America.

Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll and the Ellis County Legal Mafia will be exposed.  Whether there is anoyone honest who will do anything about it is another story….

Sheriff Johnny Brown of Ellis County Texas is the Man Responsible for the Illegal Arrest, Illegal Incarceration, Illegal Denial of Bond, and Illegal Refusal to Discharge Bill Windsor

SHERIFF JOHNNY BROWN OF ELLIS COUNTY TEXAS IS THE MAN RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ILLEGAL ARREST, ILLEGAL INCARCERATION, ILLEGAL DENIAL OF BOND, AND ILLEGAL REFUSAL TO RELEASE BILL WINDSOR.

I will be writing a lot about the wrongdoing of Sheriff Johnny Brown of Ellis County Texas.  Ellis County Texas Sheriff Johnny Brown, Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson, and Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll are all dishonest, corrupt and/or incompetent.  There are others.  I will be naming them all in a 42 U.S.C. 1983 lawsuit for violation of civil rights.

When in Texas, I suggest that you do not take Interstate 45 or Interstate 35E into Dallas so you will avoid Ellis County Texas.  Do not spend time in Waxahachie, Red Oak, Ennis, Midlothian, or other Ellis County cities.  I believe it is too dangerous.

Bill Windsor Update — December 26, 2014

william-windsor-ellis-county-release-480w

BILL WINDSOR UPDATE — DECEMBER 26, 2014

This is a photo of me the day I was released from the Ellis County Texas Jail.  The photo is a selfie, and it does not do justice to how long my beard was after 53 days.

Jennie Morton has me blocked on Facebook.  I can’t see anything on her anymore, including previous Facebook private messages.  I understand her new boyfriend is Chad Clemente of Athens, Texas.  I can see his page, and I sent him a Facebook message.  Jennie’s disappearance as my employee is very shocking as we worked together for many months, and I thought we were best of friends.  I have to wonder if the Joeys paid her off.  I hope so because that would really help with RICO against the Joeys.

I need someone who has the ability to check outstanding Texas warrants to check each day and advise me if anything shows up with my name on it.

I was surprised to learn today that the Texas Governor’s Office is closed until January 29, 2015.  The inauguration of Greg Abbott is January 20, 2015.  My hearing before Judge Cindy Ermatinger is January 21, 2015.  It may be that no consideration will be given to Governor’s Warrants until after the new Governor takes office.

Still no word from the Texas Tenth Court of Appeals.

There is so much that I have not yet written about that happened while I was in the Ellis County Jail.  I filed a Motion to Recuse Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll based upon a void of impartiality.  He recused himself.

Some old judge who handled the case of Windsor v. Joeyisalittlekid for approximately 15 hours awarded $320,000 to Sean D. Fleming as his legal expense and a $250,000 sanction to try to stop me from suing criminals in the future.  Talk about an outrage for so many reasons!  If the judge was Evelyn Wood herself, he couldn’t have begun to read the case file from 6 pm on Thursday to 9 am on Friday.  I don’t believe the judge had jurisdiction because I filed a Motion to Remove the case to federal court in South Dakota just a few minutes before the surprise hearing that I was summoned to.  Federal law says the Ellis County court lost jurisdiction, and defendants must file motions to remand to try to get it back to Ellis County.

I’m organizing all the postal violations evidence, have sent freedom of information requests to a variety of Ellis County entities, have the complete donations reports coming for Ellis County Texas Judge Bob Carroll, Ellis County Texas Sheriff Johnny Brown, and Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson, and much more.  I can prove that each of these corrupt officials had been sent proof of my illegal “arrest,” incarceration, denial of bond, and denial of discharge.  In addition to letters or emails to each of them, I also submitted approximately a dozen Grievances to the Ellis County Sheriff’s Department/Jail, and perhaps as many as 100 Inmate Request Forms.  I demanded my release in writing repeatedly, often twice a day so I could hit new people on the 12-hour shifts at the jail.  So, I have quite a paper trail.

I have big plans for this evening. I made a promise to my fellow prisoners, and tonight I will do what they asked.  My lips are sealed.
