Bill Windsor is assaulted twice and threatened with arrest several times in Hamilton Montana, a place where corruption seems to breed

Bill Windsor is assaulted twice and threatened with arrest several times — all within a few hours at the Ravalli County Courthouse in Hamilton Montana, a place where corruption seems to breed.

I’m not hurt.  But today will go down in the books as one of the most exciting days so far.

I don’t believe a scriptwriter could have written a script for what happened today.  It’s just too outlandish.

This is one story that you will want to see. I don’t have the time to edit, so I will just piece the raw footage together. Here’s the unedited video: A Day in the Life of Bill Windsor at the Ravalli County Courthouse in Hamilton Montana.

I have film of the actual event.  I haven’t processed it yet…having trouble getting it to download from my still camera.

For the next two weeks, please read to keep up with what’s happening with me.

Bill Windsor is delayed in Missouri dealing with the lawsuit against Allie Overstreet

Bill Windsor is delayed in Missouri dealing with the lawsuit against Allie Overstreet.

I have to be here on Thursday for a hearing on odds and ends.  Allie Overstreet is supposed to answer the interrogatories and produce documents tomorrow, as she was court-ordered to do.

So, I can’t leave for Missoula Montana until Friday.  I plan to arrive in Missoula on Sunday, so filming will begin on August 5, and I will be there until at least the 12th.  I will be filming the pilot for a proposed Lawless America TV series.  This episode will be an expose of cyberstalker Sean Boushie, the University of Montana, and the seemingly incompetent or corrupt law enforcement officials who have allowed this man to run wild on the Internet.

The judge in Topeka Kansas should issue a ruling this week on whether I will be granted an ex parte stalking restraining order against Claudine Dombrowski and the American Mothers Political Party.

I have two stops to make on the way to Montana — one personal and one very special filming of the eyewitness to a murder that was corruptly called a heart attack.  I have to get my driver’s license in South Dakota, and I am applying for a concealed carry permit for the gun that I bought for my protection.

After Missoula, I will be filming the back story for the tragic murder of a little girl in Great Falls.  Then I am back in Utah — Salt Lake City and Hurricane.  THEN I will finally pull off the road and work on little but trying to get funding.  I can’t afford to continue to travel and film unless I find a financier.

Bill Windsor is finishing up personal business in Box Elder South Dakota…then off to Missoula Montana for a date with a would-be killer

2013-07-22-South-Dakota-Box-Elder (6)-640w

Bill Windsor is finishing up personal business in Box Elder South Dakota…then off to Missoula, Stevensville, and Hamilton Montana for a date with a would-be killer.  Sean Boushie works at the University of Montana in Missoula.  He lives in Stevensville Montana, and the county seat for Stevensville Montana is Ravalli County – Hamilton Montana.

Sean Boushie has cyberstalked, harassed, and threatened me for over a year.  I consider many of Sean Boushie’s threats to be death threats.  To stay up-to-the-minute on everything that happens while I am in Montana, be sure to check both the Bill Windsor Facebook Page and the Sean Boushie website.  Will I be murdered while in Montana?  Or will law enforcement finally arrest this thing and lock him up?

I invite Sean Boushie to meet me at the Missoula Police Department, 435 Ryman, Missoula Montana, at 1:00 pm on July 26, 2013 or at any other date and time that is convenient to him between July 26 and August 1.  He is to go to the reception desk and ask to see Bill Windsor and the officer who will be with me.  Weapons are not allowed inside the police station.  Mark my words: He doesn’t have the guts to show up.

I will personally visit every major media outlet in Missoula.  I am going to the Missoulian newspaper, each of the television stations (KPAX Channel 8, KECI Channel 13, KTMF-TV – ABC), and several radio stations (102.5 Mountain FM, Montana Public Radio, Eagle 93 FM and its sister stations, 107 The Ranch FM, and Townsquare Media.  If they aren’t doing stories about this, I want to know why.  I am also going to the Stevensville newspaper, the Bitteroot Star, as well as Stevensville and Hamilton media outlets.  I am also holding a press conference, and I am inviting every media outlet in Montana as well as major national media.

Officials from the University of Montana, including the President, the head of the Biology Department, the Chief of University Police, and the members of the Board of Regents have all been asked to appear on camera to answer questions.  If they fail to give me appointments for interviews, I will go to their places of business and homes, if needed.  I will set up outside, just as other television news crews do.

And then there is so-called “law enforcement.”  I will be visiting the Missoula Montana Police Department, the Missoula County Montana Sheriff’s Department, the Stevensville Montana Police Department, the Ravalli County Montana Sheriff’s Department,  the Missoula County Courthouse, the Ravalli County Courthouse, the Missoula County Attorney’s Office, the Ravalli County Attorney’s Office, the University of Montana Office of Public Safety, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  All of these law enforcement agencies are being invited to attend a briefing that I will conduct the day after I arrive.  Wouldn’t it be great if all of these agencies sent at least one person?  We shall see…

I will not have a gun with me in Montana.  I have pepper spray, a stun gun, and a baseball bat for protection.

We do want to get Sean Boushie on film, so we plan to have some hidden cameras and unmarked cars to try to catch some footage of him slithering to and from work, etc.

I’m going to try to get his in-laws to speak with me, former employers, friends, neighbors, enemies, you-name-it.  And depending how things go, I may do the same with Royce Engstrom, president of the University of Montana, and law enforcement people who ignore their legal obligations.

If the University of Montana is employing people to do cyberstalking for government entities, I want to uncover it.  I am absolutely not a conspiracy theorist, but there is no other logical explanation for how Sean Boushie can be ignored by the authorities for what he does.

Anyone who would like to join me in Missoula is invited.  I can use help.  But come with your eyes wide open; it could be dangerous.  I will keep your identity secret.  If you want to come, please call me at 770-578-1094.  Leave a message if I don’t answer.  I am the only one who will playback messages during the Montana days.
